All of our consultants are or have been managers, managing directors, executives, professors, or founders. We know the business areas from our own experience. Whether it means opening up new markets or target groups, rethinking the IT and process landscapes, or changing the corporate organization and culture. We know how easy it all sounds in a Power-Point presentation and how challenging it is in reality. This has always been the case and yet with digitalization, another dimension has been added. We are convinced that nowadays strategy and technology must go hand in hand. This also means that “consulting” must redefine itself if it is to bring real added value. That is our motivation and that is why we promise our customers two core services, “hands-on consulting” and “experience-based knowledge”.

We want to be completely honest, experience also means having made had mistakes in the past, from which we have also learned from. In addition to many years of experience in strategy development and implementation, we also provide the know-how. Namely, knowledge in the form of technology competence, and we do not mean current buzzword knowledge here, but sound knowledge from IT conception and programming. About half of our team are IT experts and feel comfortable in the spheres of system architecture and source code. Our understanding of consulting is a participatory approach: We want to be an equal partner – from entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs!

Oliver Lucas

Oliver Lucas has been advising clients and brands on developing the right e-commerce strategy for over 20 years. He has been Managing Director of NFQ Solutions GmbH since 2024.

Previously, he has worked for various companies, including as head of e-commerce at UDG United Digital Group, as a member of the management board at JCL eCommerce and as a managing partner at Dohmen Solutions (now: docdata), where he looked after a large number of small and large customers in e-commerce and multichannel topics. Over the last 15 years, he has been responsible for various aspects of e-commerce and has actively shaped the changes in the market due to increasing digitalization and the resulting demands on companies, especially concerning business processes and fulfilment.

Oliver Lucas is an experienced speaker and moderator for specialist events and one of the Top 20 e-commerce Influencer. He regularly publishes articles in trade journals and magazines.

Ralph Hübner

Ralph Hübner has been advising clients on strategy development and internationalization in the e-commerce sector for many years. As co-founder of Suberg Strategy Consultants GmbH and as sector principal for the M&A boutique Hampleton Partners (London), which specializes in technology, he was a market expert in the fields of e-commerce and digital marketing. While working in various countries in Europe, Asia, and America he was able to build up a corresponding network and therefore his current main focus is the internationalization in e-commerce. Additionally, sales strategy, innovation management, and brand protection are part of his daily work.

Greta Bühring has been part of the NFQ Solution Team since January 2024, where she contributes her knowledge and skills to successfully implement innovative projects. Greta studied Media and Communication Studies in South Korea and the USA, among other places, before starting her professional career in marketing automation and project management in the IT industry.

Having managed marketing automation projects at Dialogschmiede GmbH in Berlin, she has extensive experience in the implementation of IT projects. Greta is also a certified Product Owner and Scrum Master.

For over 17 years, Stefan Hövel has been advising clients in marketing, sales, and product management. He mainly helps leading manufacturers in B2C and B2B markets to develop and optimize their digital strategies.

He began his career as a marketing and division manager for international brands such as Helly Hansen and Nestlé Nutrition. Later he founded his own consulting company. Today, Stefan Hövel works as a consultant and interim manager for digital business models, digital ecosystems, and digital product and service innovation. His specialty is customer journeys and the development of direct brands. In addition to projects for corporations and medium-sized businesses, he also supports start-ups, publishes articles in the trade press, and moderates industry events.

Prof. Dr. Christian Stummeyer is an experienced management consultant and has worked for globally operating corporations. He himself is a successful founder and e-commerce entrepreneur and advises large and medium-sized companies on the topics of e-commerce, sales processes, digital strategy, and digital transformation.

After joining the advisory board of the e-commerce company, he was managing director of the UDG United Digital Group, the largest German digital agency, where he was responsible for the group’s entire management consulting business. Since the winter semester 2016/17, Prof. Dr. Christian Stummeyer has held the professorship “Business Informatics and Digital Commerce” at the Technical University of Ingolstadt.

Since 1998 Timo Koch has been working in international logistics consulting in the field of warehouse planning and became self-employed in this field in 2004. His management consulting firm is based in Berlin and mainly focuses on tender of warehousing and transportation as well as warehouse planning and optimization.

Since 2010 he has been advising mainly online retailers from various industries (including fashion, wholesale, consumer goods, retail markets, and logistics service providers) and supports them in the areas of process optimization and warehouse planning with AutoCAD. Other consulting services are tendering warehouse logistics and distribution, warehouse optimization, benchmarking logistics costs (national and international), and make-or-buy analyses.

With a degree in media studies, she worked as an e-commerce manager as well as digital online manager for leading international brand manufacturers after a short period in New York.

Since 2016, Camilla Werner has been an independent consultant and supports clients in finding and implementing a suitable strategy with regard to online marketplaces and expansion. Especially in the area of Amazon, her in-depth expertise can help to make a sensible decision regarding vendor vs. seller program, use of FBA & FBM, negotiation with Amazon as well as Amazon SEO & Marketing.

Martin Himmel has more than ten years of experience in e-commerce. After his studies in business informatics, he was CTO and senior solution architect at eFulfilment Transaction Services, a provider of e-commerce middleware. He is managing director of Digital Operations & Tech Consulting GmbH, which specialises in IT consulting.

Not least through his work as a senior project manager and e-commerce consultant at UDG United Digital Group, he knows all the facets of digital transformation first-hand. During his time at Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG, he had the opportunity to learn about the intricacies of a large corporation.

Johanna Münch has been working in the field of e-commerce and multichannel as a project manager and consultant for over 10 years. Following her studies in business administration, she worked 5 years as a project manager for fulfilment service providers, including Dohmen Solutions (now Docdata) and JCL eCommerce. She is very familiar with the interplay of service providers, systems, and processes, as she managed projects from the quotation phase through to going live, controlling project-relevant areas such as merchandise management, IT, CRM, accounts receivable, and customer service. Afterward, she deepened her knowledge in online marketing / social media as a consultant at the online agency Saint Elmo`s in Munich.

Since 2016 Johanna Münch has been supporting ecom consulting in various customer projects and is responsible for marketing/PR.

His focus lies in the optimization of strategy and organization in existing e-commerce businesses, as well as in the support of tendering and make-or-buy decisions.

Since 2015 he has been managing partner of 240miles eSolutions GmbH. The software company has developed an innovative, cloud-based software solution that consolidates and correlates e-commerce data from different systems in a Smart Data Center. By using various business logics the customer receives useful data evaluations with comprehensible recommendations to achieve added value in the e-commerce business.

Colin Czeloth is a successful founder of a D2C brand specializing in the marketplace business. While studying business administration, he founded the D2C brand Esprevo (a proprietary e-commerce brand) in 2018. He gained his experience and practical knowledge in online marketing, Amazon SEO & SEA, brand development and product strategy by selling his own products on Amazon Marketplace and building his own online store. In addition, he proves his activity as marketplace manager at Neuhaus Lighting Group and subsequently supervised various brands selling on Amazon.

With his experience in the operational and strategic marketplace business, he has been supporting us in various customer projects since 2020.

Armin Trunk has over 20 years of experience in e-commerce, digitalization, and online sales activities. As a graduate industrial engineer (FH) and prospective Master of Business Administration (MBA), he brings his expertise to the business world and proves many times his skills as a founder and managing director of several e-commerce startups since 1995 in the B2B and B2C sectors.

Since 2009 Armin Trunk is managing director of EStores GmbH, which deals with digital and online marketing, e-commerce processes and ERP systems, as well as sales via the Amazon marketplace and assortment planning.

With his extensive experience, he has been supporting many entrepreneurs since 2013. Using agile methods, he manages IT and digitalization projects, designs e-commerce organizations, optimizes online sales activities such as sales via the Amazon & eBay marketplace, or plans the introduction of a new ERP system.

Mareike Thomas is an eCommerce expert with in-depth knowledge of the marketplace business. After working directly for Amazon for several years and being responsible for the relaunch of the pan-European shipping, she founded the eCommerce agency LIEVD UP in 2021 with a focus on Amazon.

LIEVD UP supports manufacturers and brand owners strategically on their way to a successful eCommerce sales model.

Since 2020, she supports ecom consulting in various projects in the area of marketplaces as well as Amazon strategy and Amazon account management.

Since 1996, Gregor Walter has been one of the leading experts in the German-speaking world for the interface of software, logistics, and e-commerce. From 2000 to 2016, he gathered his experience in the areas of e-commerce software and e-commerce logistics as founder and managing director of pixi Software (now Decartes).

In 2016 Gregor Walter started assisting clients as a project manager and consultant in choosing the right ERP system or logistics service provider. If the client is already using optimal systems, he helps to optimize logistics processes and thus establishes the right basis for a flexible, cost-effective, and functioning e-commerce logistics.

René Köring has been at home in the digital world for over 20 years, first on the corporate side (Tchibo.de), then as an agency (Exelution). He is the founder of online marketing for Tchibo 1999-2005 (top 3 eCommerce player, exclusively with performance marketing).

With Exelution, he launches the first agency in Germany with its own complete digital marketing suite in 2005.
